Every unit we sell is authentic, factory-sealed merchandise purchased through genuine trade channels in China. We never handle counterfeit, refurbished or opened-box goods. If you ever receive a unit you believe is not genuine, we replace it — that's the guarantee.
Each shipment includes a commercial invoice and packing list showing product names, model numbers, quantities and batch numbers. Professional buyers — including online marketplace sellers — get consistent, complete documentation from day one.
Goods are shipped with batch numbers recorded on your documents, so every carton can be traced back to its production lot. That's the level of transparency serious resellers build their business on.
Our current MGA assortment ships in English-version packaging. For selected future lines arriving in other packaging versions, we offer a relabeling service — English-language label overlays applied before shipment, at your instruction. Ask about the version status of any line when you request your quote.
Compliance requirements differ by market and SKU. Tell us your destination market in the RFQ and we'll confirm which documentation we can provide for the models you're ordering — handled openly, per SKU, before you commit.
We ship to the US daily via established freight forwarders, with carton labeling compatible with Amazon FBA inbound requirements. Your goods arrive with consistent documentation — ready for your broker, your 3PL or direct FBA delivery.
